This Policy describes the personally identifiable and non-personal information Tarbell collects in connection with your use any of the Sites (Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, respectively). This Policy does not address any other information exchanges between you and Tarbell, including information gathered by us in the course of a business relationship (if any) between you and Tarbell. Your use of any Tarbell products or services will be governed by the terms of use applicable to such product or service. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Policy, do not use the Sites. The Sites may include links to the web sites of affiliated or non-affiliated entities (Other Sites), including access to content, products and services of such affiliated and non-affiliated entities. Information we collect and how we use it
We may collect the following types of information:

  • Information you provide – When you sign up for an Tarbell Account or request information from us, we ask you for personal information, which may include contact information, credit card data and other information related to administering services and providing support.

    Information security

    Accessing and updating personal information

    Tarbell regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, it is Tarbell’s policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Tarbell and an individual.

    Surveys
    We occasionally may conduct surveys among users which request the provision of Personal Information such as name and email address, as well as Non-Personal information regarding your experience on our Site.
